"Where's the _________?"

If I had a nickel for every time that I asked myself this question, I could retire.

Where are my car keys? She threw them in the clothes hamper.

Where's the remote? I've found it in the bathroom, her shoe bin, and INSIDE the fridge. Scary.

Where are the oven mitts? Under the couch.

Where did she put her empty bottle? Floating in Benedict's water dish.

Where's the toothpaste? Sock and underwear drawer.

Where's my missing shoe? (As I am running late to work....) Found it in the trash can.

I also found a $20 bill, that she took from David's wallet, in the bread basket in the kitchen.

Oh, and she likes to throw the place mats into the bath tub.

How I find all of this stuff is quite unbelievable, but I have learned to look for all things at her eye level. And in the most outlandish places.

To date, we are still missing two other remote controls, one of my shoes, and about 6 pairs of socks for Salvatore. If you have any information on the whereabouts of these items, please call 1-800-MOM-QUITS.
